HPCwire: The 8th LCI International Conference on High Performance Clustered Computing is taking place on May 15-17 in South Lake Tahoe, California. The four-day even includes tutorials, vendor talks, and a variety of technical presentations. Recently we got the opportunity to talk with the conference chairman, The Portland Group's Dave Norton, to ask him about the kinds of sessions and other activities that are scheduled for the event next month.
HPCwire: What will be special about this year's meeting?
Norton: We are really excited about this year's LCI conference. For starters, we have a wonderful venue in a fantastic location -- the Embassy Suites Hotel Lake Tahoe Resort in South Lake Tahoe, California. To go with that great locale we've put together a strong program focusing on current issues of concern to those the HPC industry.
